6-Week Acceleration Program Description

The Summer Acceleration Program is a six-week structured advisory experience designed for students and emerging professionals who want to move into the market with a clear strategy, competitive materials, and the confidence to execute. The program combines bi-weekly group sessions, individual advisory sessions, and accountability check-ins to deliver both personalized guidance and the shared perspective of a small peer group.

Over six weeks, participants work through a structured curriculum covering career direction, personal brand and materials development, networking and outreach strategy, and interview preparation — with an emphasis on understanding how hiring decisions are actually made and what separates candidates who move forward from those who don't. All program materials are delivered through a secure online platform, with resources available for download and personal retention. Participants retain access to all course content for 6 months from the program start date.

Each participant receives three one-on-one advisory sessions with a Career Acceleration Advisory founder, to be scheduled and completed within the six-week program period. Group sessions are held on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 PM MT / 8:00 PM ET.

Participants retain access to the Career Acceleration Advisory community channel for as long as the channel is maintained — a private space for peer connection, ongoing conversation, and continued engagement with the C2A network.

This program does not include job placement services or guaranteed employment outcomes. Results depend on the participant's engagement and execution.
