Three weeks to change your hiring trajectory.
Built by three advisors who have made hiring decisions at Under Armour, Gartner, and Comcast — and who have spent decades on the hiring side of the table. A 3-week program for students and recent graduates without an internship or clear next step who want to move ahead of their peers as opportunities open.
"I don't know what I'm doing wrong."
That's the sentence we hear most often. Not from failing candidates. From capable ones: students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals who have applied to 20, 30, 70 positions and heard back from almost none. Who are watching others move forward without understanding what's making the difference. The problem isn't effort. It's knowing how the system actually works.
As parents, and family and community members who have spent decades watching this play out firsthand, we know college teaches you how to apply. It doesn't teach you how organizations decide — how hiring managers assess risk, how trust is built in early conversations, and how a candidate earns a final interview instead of silence.
That's the hidden curriculum. C2A makes it explicit.
You’re a strong fit for this program if:
- You’re a college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional without a clear next step or summer opportunity
- You've applied to positions and rarely heard back — if at all
- You're not sure whether the problem is your resume, your targeting, your story, or all three
- You've had some interviews, but you don't seem to land the offer
- You have the motivation to do the work — you just need someone who actually knows
- You want advisors who have guided students and early-career professionals through competitive recruiting — and who have made the hiring decisions at Fortune 500s
THIS PROGRAM IS NOT FOR:
- Individuals looking for a shortcut or a guaranteed outcome
- Those with no time—this program is designed for people who have capacity to build before a recruiting window or transition
- Those who won’t engage with the weekly accountability structure

A degree used to get you in the room.
Now it gets you in the pile.
Every candidate has a degree. The ones who get the call show up with something else — a clear story, a targeted strategy, and the confidence to execute when the window opens.
That's not something a degree teaches. Three weeks changes what comes next.

FAQ
How much time does the program actually take?
Approximately 4-6 hours per week across group sessions, 1:1 advisory sessions, weekly accountability check-ins, and assignments. The summer is your investment.
Can I do this program if I have a part-time job or travel plans?Â
Yes, with some planning. The program runs 3 weeks and is designed for participants who have other summer commitments. All group sessions and live commitments happen on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. If you have a specific conflict, reach out at [email protected] before enrolling and we’ll tell you whether it’s workable.
What if I don’t land a role after the program?
That's a fair question, and we'll be straight with you. We don't guarantee outcomes. We guarantee preparation.
We've spent decades on the hiring side — reviewing applications, making decisions, watching who moves forward and who doesn't. We know what ready looks like and we build the program around it. If you show up and do the work, you enter fall with a resume that's ready, a network in motion, and a plan you own.
By the end of three weeks, you're ready.
Can’t I just use AI for this?
AI can help you draft a resume or rehearse an answer. It cannot put you in a room with someone who has made real hiring decisions and teach you how to read it. The judgment, the adjustment, the ability to feel when you’re landing and when you’re losing the room — that only comes from practice with real people. That’s the experience. We provide it.
